Greg Parker Senior Loan Officer Greg Parker began his career in the Mortgage Industry in 1996 with a company that specializes in Sub-Prime lending. He was quickly promoted to Branch Manager, making him the youngest branch manager in the history of that company. In 1999 he joined First Capital Mortgage. He has been a President's Club member for the last five years and earned the title of #1 in the company in 2004 and 2005. Greg has two young children with his wife, Julie. Having been born and raised in San Diego, Greg is an avid Chargers and Padres fan and enjoys water sports and skiing. His formal education includes a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Finance from the University of California, Riverside.
