Listed below are the basic items needed to start processing your home loan. Bringing this documentation to your first meeting with your loan officer is important to help expedite the approval and processing of your loan.
- 2 Most current pay stubs covering last thirty days
- Most recent 2 years 1040 tax returns with all schedules
- Most recent 2 years W-2s
- Most recent two years 1099's (self-employed borrowers)
- Most recent two years Partnership K-1s ( if applicable)
- Most recent 2 years Corporate or Partnership returns with all schedules (Self-employed borrowers)
- Bank statements for the two most recent months (An acceptable statement will include all pages, even those intentionally left blank by the bank. It should also show the account number and your name. Internet statements are generally insufficient due to lack of the above requirements.)
- Securities statements for the two most recent months (See specifications for bank statements above for acceptable statements.)
- Most current IRA, Pension, Disability, Social Security, or other retirement income statements
- Most recent Mortgage statement for current properties owned
- Copy of Drivers License (must be a clear copy)
- Copy of Alien registration card (if applicable)
- Rental Landlord's name, address and phone number for most recent two years of rental history (if applicable)
